Avocado and Kale Smoothie Bowl


Sunday mornings are the best, today I woke up had some pumpkin chai, did an amazing strength workout and then dug into this killer avocado and kale smoothie goodness! This bowl alone has about 25 grams of protein packed into it so it is the perfect post strength training breakfast because it just refuels and revitalises your muscles for the rest of the day.

Avocado Kale Smoothie Bowl: 

1/3 avocado
1/2 banana
1 cup chopped kale
3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup almond milk
1 tsp honey

Throw all ingredients into your blender and purée until creamy and smooth.

cup muesli
ground flax seeds
pumpking seeds
natural peanut butter
remaining 1/2 banana

Top your bowl with the suggestions above or use any fruit, nuts, seeds, granola and superfoods you wish!
