Matcha Pancakes 🍶

image

This morning was a snowy and chilly morning which always means you need some pancakes to warm you up! This morning I killed the pancake game with these delectable matcha oat flour pancakes. My dad has been loving this chia jam that is pectin free and all natural lately so I just needed to try it! To top off my pancakes I drizzled a little maple syrup and the chia jam 😍. Warm up your day and make these right now!

Matcha Pancakes:
1/2 cup oat flour
1/4 cup almond milk
2 egg whites
1 tsp matcha powder
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Coconut oil for the pan

Whisk together all ingredients until combined and forms a thick green batter. Scoop desired amount onto a heated and lightly coconut oiled pan. Cook for about 2-3 min on each side or until the tops bubble. To serve drizzle with maple syrup and jam or fresh berries on top. Enjoy!
