My Juicing Experience ðŸŒ±âœŒ

We have had this juicer sitting in our house for the past 6 months and I have yet to use it! Finally yesterday I had all the ingredients and lots of time so I pulled it out and it was the most amazing thing in the world. Not going to lie it was messy and I was terrified for the first 5 min that a cucumber was going to shoot out and hit the ceiling but thankfully it didn’t! There was a little bit of mess on the cabinets, on the floor and obviously in my hair but the juice turned out so well it was worth it!
If you want to start juicing one thing I recommend is make sure you have everything prepped before you start. If you don’t have your fruits or veggies prepped then it will get messier and overwhelming. Another suggestion I have is once you have juiced all your produce throw the pulp back into the juicer 1 or 2 more times to get as much as possible out of it. And lastly with that leftover pulp don’t throw it away! Put it in a sealed bag and throw it in the freezer to add fiber to smoothies, moisture to baking or veggie burgers. Happy Juicing!

Extreme Green Juice:
2 apples
1 head romaine lettuce
1 bunch celery
1 kiwi
1 handful parsley
2 whole cucumbers
3 heaping handfuls spinach
1 lemon
Small piece of ginger

Wash all the produce.
Chop the apples into 4 pieces removing the seeds and stem.
Remove the skin from the kiwi.
Peel the ginger and the lemon so their rinds are removed.
Once you have prepared everything throw it into your juicer and juice away!
Store the juice in an airtight mason jar for up to 2 days.

Note:
-the nutrients from this juice is best absorbed first thing in the morning before you have eaten anything.
– swap out the kiwi and apples with pineapple, different varieties of apple or oranges.
