Valentine’s Day Oats! ðŸ’•

Nothing says I love you better than a nourishing bowl of oats first thing in the morning or post-workout. These oats have some of the most body loving foods in them to make you feel super extra special this Valentine’s day!

Valentine’s Day Oats:
1/2 cup oats
pinch ground cardamom
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp maca root powder
1/2 tsp cocoa powder
3/4 cup almond milk
1 tsp maple syrup (add more or less depending on desired sweetness)

Toppings:
goji berries
cacao nibs
blackberries
almond butter
raspberry chia jam

Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add in almond milk and maple syrup and stir. If so desired let the oats soak for about an hour then cook oats as their package instructions direct. Once the oats are fully cooked to desired consistency, top with all the toppings and enjoy!
