Make snacking or dessert extra nutritious with these superfood, super delicious dark chocolate bites! You get antioxidants from the chocolate and goji berries plus good fats and protein from the sunflower seeds, almonds and hemp. They can be made vegan (depending on what chocolate you use) , are gluten free, can be made nut free and are refined sugar free.

Dried goji berries
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
Melt the dark chocolate until smooth and shiny. Once the chocolate is melted scoop the chocolate onto the parchment paper, I used about a tbsp of chocolate for each one. Put two or more goji berries on each one, sprinkle with hemp and sunflower seeds and put one almond on each one. Place in the fridge over night or the freezer for 30 min. Peel off of the parchment and eat!!
– any nuts, seeds or dried fruit can be subbed in (ex. Walnuts, pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries etc…)
