Protein Cookie Dough

Alright cookie dough lovers, take a seat and get ready for this…
High protein, high fat, real food and safe to eat (no raw eggs!!) cookie dough. I know I might have just blown your mind but I ain’t kidding. The world is going through this whole cookie dough phase right now. We have a cookie dough food truck in Calgary, New York has got cookie dough coming out of everywhere and you know LA is on the trend as well.


As you all know quite well I love to FoodGlow-ify not so good for you foods and turn them into nutrition powerhouses so we can enjoy them and do some good for our bodies all at once! I have seen and tried many protein cookie dough recipes and finally have decided to create my own, which frankly I think is the best one ;). So, get your protein scoop and coconut flour ready because I know you are going to want to make this…


Protein Cookie Dough:

1 tbsp @lightcellar coconut flour
1 tbsp almond butter (or any nut butter)
1 tbsp cacao nibs
1 tsp maca root powder
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

cinnamon roasted zucchini (1 zucchini sliced into rounds, coated with coconut oil, cinnamon and sea salt and roasted at 400F for 20-25 min)
fresh fig
Grain Free Granola
peanut butter

Mix it all up until a thick cookie dough like texture is achieved. Top with desired toppings and EAT IT!
