I have started taking bone broth and collagen daily to help with muscle and tissue repair. Bone broth has got tons of vitamins, minerals, protein and of course collagen. There is a reason bone broth has been around for centuries nourishing our bodies!
For this recipe you can use powdered bone broth (I use Organika grass-fed beef powder) or regular bone broth. So, grab your blender and lets make some smoothie magic happen!
Blueberry Broth Smoothie
1 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup steamed and frozen cauliflower
1 tbsp Grass fed beef broth powder (OR 1 cup grass-fed beef bone broth)

1 tbsp cocoa powder
2 cups water
Throw everything into your blender and blend until smooth. Top with a drizzle of almond butter and a crumbed Currently Too Legit doughnut!
